COVID Duty Service Certificate along with the Appointment Order

It is to inform that in the zoom meeting held by the DME on 11.01.2022, it has been directed to give COVID -19 weightage only to the persons who are appointed for the purpose of covid-19 & have rendered their services for covid-19 on contract/ outsourcing/ Honorarium basis as per the G.O. Rt. No.211 Dt.08.05.2021 of HM & FW Department.

Hence, all the applicants who are claiming service weightage for COVID-19 shall submit COVID duty Service Certificate along with the copy of the appointment order at the office of  Government General Hospital ,Vijayawada from 27.01.2022 to 28.01.2022, 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM.
