 In the reference 1st cited, Government have accorded permission to the Director of Secondary Health, Andhra Pradesh, for filling up 148 Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialist (CASS) vacancies and 90 Civil Assistant Surgeon General (CASGE) vacancies, totaling 238 vacancies, on contract basis through the District Selection Committee under the control of the Directorate of Secondary Health for a period of one year or until completion of regular recruitment or return of in-service PG doctors, whichever is earlier.
